About Prime

On March 6, 2015, Fedor Solomatin founded Prime. Just three people made up the entire team, including Fedor himself.

A cozy little office on the 4th floor of a business center in Zhukovka, a heart full of ambition, and a burning desire to build the #1 company in the luxury real estate market.

Slow and steady wins the race: Prime starts finding its footing. The first external brokers join the team, putting their faith in the vision and the company.

IT and marketing departments are officially established, with Pavel Ivlev stepping in as their leader. Pavel, who later became COO and eventually CEO, played a pivotal role in shaping Prime into what it is today.

A breakthrough spring marked by a flood of countryside deals, Prime was officially on its feet, breathing confidently.

In September, the company took a risky but long-awaited step: entering the urban market. The first city office opened, the first urban sales department was established, and the first city clients arrived. Prime announced itself as a major player in real estate.

From survival to growth: the team expanded with skilled brokers, the back office grew stronger, and the marketing department gained confidence.

Prime received its first-ever award at the prestigious International Property Awards, winning «Best Marketing» among all real estate agencies in Russia.

Quick thinking and adaptability helped Prime thrive during the challenges of the pandemic.

The Prime ecosystem began to take shape, alongside a solidified management structure. The long-envisioned Prime Development was launched, with the successful pilot project Sareevo-38.

Prime claimed leadership on the market, winning 14 International Property Awards, breaking a 30-year record, including the title of Best Marketing in Europe.

Prime went global with the launch of its first international department, Prime Dubai. Expansion of both suburban and urban offices continued.

Prime University, an in-house educational platform, was established, and the much-anticipated HR department was born. The company faced «growing pains» but learned valuable lessons.

Building on the success of Sareevo-38, Prime Development expanded with three more projects under construction.

Prime leveled up, moving from a modest 150 m² to a sprawling 500 m² headquarters in Moscow City. A bold rebranding replaced the familiar blue with a daring lime green, aligning the company’s style with its spirit.

A record-breaking deal closed at 1 billion rubles. Prime Dubai’s department grew stronger, competing in the Arabian Property Awards for the first time and sweeping every category it entered.

Another record smashed with a $34,000,000 deal. The company rebranded its website, prime.su, winning «Best Website in Arabia» the same year.

Prime Development’s «Garden Villa» launched successfully, and the «Forest Villa» was completed. The company once again dominated the Arabian Property Awards, taking home 3 out of 3 awards.

Recognizing the importance of media presence, Prime actively built its PR and HR brands.
