In 2015, we opened our first office with a team of 5 people in Zhukovka on Rublevo-Uspenskoe Highway. From day one, our focus has been on trust and technology. That's why over the years of hard work our team has grown to become a full-fledged ecosystem of 80 professionals with 3 departments in Moscow, Zhukovka and Dubai. Our clients include stars of Russian show business, politicians and businessmen.

History of Prime

Prime is one of the leaders in the luxury real estate market. That's how we got to this point:

2015

Fedor Solomatin opened the first office in Zhukovka on Rublevo-Uspenskoe Highway.

2016

Established full-fledged IT and Marketing departments

2017

Closed the first deal for $1 million.

2018

Opened a city department.

2019

First to receive the International Property Awards in the Best Marketing category among real estate agencies in Russia.

2020

Launched the Prime Development project and successfully completed the first project, Sareevo 38.

2021

Launched the educational platform Prime University, expanded the Countryside office, opened our first overseas department Prime Dubai.

2022

Moved to the new headquarters in the Moscow City tower "Federation," closed a record deal for 1 billion rubles, developed the Dubai department, participated for the first time in the Arabian Property Awards and won.

2023

In 2023, we revamped our website prime.su, launched the successful «Garden Villa» project under Prime Development, and scooped up 3 awards at the Arabian Property Awards, with two nominations for the best in Arabia.

2024

Moving into 2024, we're bolstered by a skilled team of brokers and a robust back-office specialist department. Our journey of growth and refining the Prime ecosystem continues.

This is the biggest and the most prestigious ceremony in the real estate world.
