I built a house in the center of the village on a private plot surrounded by pines, firs and birches, everything was done with a huge margin of safety, but the circumstances turned out to be such that I had to change my place of residence, there are actually two plots, each of twelve acres, on one is the main house and garage, on the second a guest house in two the main house has two full floors with four-meter-high ceilings, there is an attic (third) floor that can also be made residential, a monolithic slab between the first and second floors, wooden beams between the second and attic, ground floor: a dressing room of 24 m2, a guest room of 24 m2, a kitchen-living room with with a fireplace of 70 m2, a bathroom of 24 m2, a storage room of 12 m2, a large open veranda that can be glazed and make a winter garden; second floor: a master bedroom with a bathroom of 50 m2 and its own balcony of 12 m2, a children's room with a separate playroom of 50 m2, a room for free use (now it is the staircase hall of the 2nd floor) 35 m2. The blind area around the house is insulated and reinforced. Next to the house there is a garage for two cars and a boiler room (gas) from which water supply and heating are laid (through special mega insulated pipes) into the house, a large parking lot for eight cars on a twenty-five centimeter slab with double reinforcement (this is for centuries) there are Steigot paving slabs, two entrance gates, one main 5 meters wide, the second auxiliary for the transportation of auxiliary materials. A storm sewer for sewage has been installed around the perimeter of the house and a cable for landscape lighting has been laid, the landscaping itself has been partially implemented (the design project is attached). The power supply to the house is connected underground by two copper power cables (the second backup), a cable for a backup generator is connected from the switchboard (to insure in case of disconnection). Also on the plot there is a utility block for storing inventory and a two-story timber house, which can be converted into a sauna or guest house. The house and plot are located in a small village of 54 houses, neighbors live all year round, there are no fees except for a symbolic amount per month for security and garbage collection, the village is quiet and peaceful, and given the privacy of this particular site, no one will disturb your peace even with glances from the windows, so everything is blocked by huge pine trees growing around the perimeter of the fence.
