A house is proposed in the village of Nikolsky Boulevard, which is in the final stage of construction, which consists of individual country houses with forest household plots, a central recreational zone and territory for service personnel. The village is located 9 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Novorizhsky highway. It occupies 6 hectares in one of the most prestigious villages in the next part of the Novorizhskoye Shosse - "Nikolskaya Sloboda".
