The village is located in one of the most picturesque places of the nearest Moscow region, where modern amenities are harmoniously combined with a unique natural environment. The forests, the Moskva River and the panoramic views create an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy.

The location is rich in history: it is here, on the banks of the Moskva River, that the ancient manor of Islavskoye is located, which in different years belonged to famous Russian noble families. Nearby is the Church of the Savior of the Uncreated Image. In the immediate vicinity there are sanatoriums "Polyany", "Lesnye Daly" and "Porechye" with a developed resort infrastructure. The famous Moscow Stud Farm No. 1 with an equestrian complex and a racetrack is just a three-minute drive away.

A few minutes from the village, all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life is concentrated: supermarkets, cafes, beauty salons, pharmacies and popular restaurants, including Remy Kitchen Papushevo, O'shalley and Chester Ferry. Lapino Hospital and the large Azbuka Vkusa supermarket are about a 10—minute drive away, and there is also a convenient exit to the toll highway.

Prestigious educational institutions are located nearby for families with children: the Lomonosov School in Uspenskoye, the Sosny School, Our School in Borki, the I. P. Svetlova School, the School of Great Discoveries in Darino, the Cambridge School in Gorki-8, as well as several public secondary schools and kindergartens. Travel time to most of them is no more than 15 minutes.

One of the key advantages is excellent transport accessibility. Convenient exits to Rublyovo-Uspenskoe highway, toll highway and Central Ring Road are provided from the village. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Moscow City, and only 10 minutes to get to the modern Rayevo Golf Club.
