Underground parking
The underground parking lot, located beneath the residential complex, consists of 63 parking spaces. With regard to modern trends, there are 9 parking spaces for electric cars with the ability to charge them. For security purposes, access to the parking lot is carried out through number plate recognition. Residents can access the parking lot from any elevator. The parking lot allows for no obstruction in the lobby during moves or the receiving of large cargo and the ceiling height allows for the passage of small cargo vehicles.
