What tasks are to be solved?
- To make our base replenished with the best country objects, namely:
- attract properties under incoming search requests, from brokers;
- to work with owners on the attracted objects in order to form interesting for the company working conditions and pricing policy for the objects;
- promptly enter the involved objects into the CRM system, organise photo shoots and keep the data up to date;
- fulfil the plan for attracting countryside properties to the company;
- Organise broker tours to the sites;
- participate in the company's internal events (planning meetings, broker tours, etc.).
What do you need for this?
- Productivity in communication and sales in the past, as well as:
- steeply navigate the country property market (would be an advantage);
- possess a high level of communication and emotional intelligence;
- be able to provide a quality service to the client;
- experience of working with high cheques;
- willingness to learn not just quickly, but with pleasure;
- have high internal quality standards.
