What tasks are to be solved?

  • To ensure that the company's image remains successful in the eyes of the public, and that new employees and new clients want to join us, namely:
  • formation and execution of a content plan in the company's social networks in accordance with the LLC and the rules for developing the company's content; maintaining social networks;
  • maintaining correspondence on behalf of the company's social networks with direct and personal messages, transferring interested contacts to the company's specialized departments;
  • shooting, editing, adjusting photo and video content of the company for maintaining social networks, as well as for the needs of the company's departments (for example, shooting and editing reels, shooting training or advertising videos; it is possible to involve third-party contractors);
  • systematization and storage of photo and video content of the company in proper condition;
  • analysis and monitoring of SMM trends on the sites where the company's social networks are presented and the implementation of trending areas in work;
  • development and implementation of a plan for promoting the company's TG channels through seeding/email marketing and other methods of attracting subscribers to TG;
  • setting technical requirements for authors of TG channels to produce higher-quality content;
  • setting technical requirements for a designer and copywriter, making edits and accepting material necessary to perform duties;

What do you need for this?

  • Experience of productive work in the PR sphere in the past, as well as:
  • experience in managing social networks, understanding the laws of this area;
  • networking and negotiation skills;
  • strategic thinking;
  • understanding the target audience and the market.
