What tasks are to be solved?

  • Ensure that the company's management is provided with up-to-date financial and economic data in a timely manner for making management decisions, as well as:
  • to build an effectively functioning system for assessing the financial and economic condition of the company, performance indicators and current liquidity, as well as a monthly reporting system;
  • provide the company with liquidity: create and implement reserve funds that insure the business against loss of liquidity stability;
  • build automated management, accounting and tax accounting systems tailored to the specific needs of the company;
  • debug and ensure smooth functioning of internal cash flow procedures, as well as cash flow control and accounting systems;
  • develop a turnkey financial strategy for the company, from development to implementation and organizational conclusions with feedback to management;
  • to meet the needs of company employees in analytics and modeling the financial efficiency of projects when interacting with clients;
  • create an effectively functioning system for assessing investment efficiency and financial and economic indicators of projects in real estate and construction;
  • create a well-functioning financial and economic bloc.
  • development of a budgeting mechanism and its launch (planning systems with different horizons, classical income statement, cash flow statement, management balance sheet; budget consolidation mechanism), management of own and attracted financial resources for a group of companies;
  • implementation of cost management, budgetary control of expenses (direct and indirect);
  • tax planning and optimization;
  • development of a regulatory accounting policy (in terms of accounting and tax accounting). Monitoring the maintenance of business transaction records and ensuring their compliance with Russian legislation;
  • development of an internal procedure and control system for cash flows, ensuring its functioning. Implementation of cash discipline, discipline of horizontal/vertical settlements (foreign exchange transactions);
  • organization of a risk management system, hedging (analysis, prevention and minimization of financial risks);
  • management support for real estate transactions: development of financial schemes, financial expertise and transaction support;
  • financial (economic and mathematical) modeling of the company's construction and investment projects. Evaluation of the investment effectiveness of projects;
  • financial analysis (analysis of the financial and economic condition of the enterprise, its current liquidity). Analysis and control of the company's activities. Internal audit;
  • organizing the coordinated work of the financial and economic unit with related services of the company (including financial expertise of concluded contracts - the legal department, joint development of KPIs and motivation schemes and systems with the HR department);
  • formation and management of the staff of the financial and economic block;
  • onstruction and maintenance of a mechanism to ensure the flow of foreign currency between Dubai and Moscow;
  • control over timely submission of reports (month, quarter, year).

What do you need for this?

  • At least 2 years of experience and productivity as a Financial Director (experience in development and services with an international presence would be beneficial), as well as:
  • have a good understanding of the final result of your activities;
  • analytical mind;
  • ability to take responsibility and generate solutions;
  • understand the processes of formation of financial results;
  • be proficient in budgeting technologies;
  • have developed management qualities and skills in working with a team;
  • additional education in the field of IFRS (certificate or practical experience).
