What tasks are to be solved?

  • Make my time and attention focused on global goals:
  • Business Objectives:
  • Monitor the completion of tasks in terms of deadlines and quality of execution; prepare regulations and organisational policy documents;
  • plan the working and personal schedule of the manager;
  • collect and prepare analytical data on a wide range of issues (from data from the SRM system, to studying the Real Estate market in Australia);
  • work with management reports, finances;
  • draft documents;
  • interact with counterparties, employees of the group of companies, including the construction area.
  • 2. personal tasks:
  • Travelling support for the whole family:
  • monitor visa/passport expiry dates; prepare documents and submit for processing without involving agencies;
  • organise turnkey trips;
  • purchase goods, services, call handymen/specialists as requested; coordinate personal driver for appointments.
  • Organise timely payment of invoices.
  • 3. Other Tasks.

What do you need for this?

  • Productivity in administrative work in the past, as well as:
  • literate Russian and English (from B2);
  • well-developed emotional intelligence;
  • learnability is not just fast, but also with pleasure :)
  • ability to be in three departments at the same time;
  • high internal quality standards;
  • knowledge of the intricacies of document management;
