I'm looking for someone who not only knows how to sell an idea to someone, but also has the ability to make a new employee eager to recommend the company to other talented professionals.
If you're willing to become the mentor of the best brokers in Moscow and the surrounding area, have the ability to approach even the most challenging individuals, and are eager to build a team with us, then feel free to apply.

- oversee internships and adaptation for newcomers
- to keep HR department reporting and analytics
