A person who knows how to make sure that his team is the first to know about new projects and the first to close great deals there. What tasks are to be solved?

First of all - to make a result, to fulfill plans for the amount of commission, and for this:
form and manage the sales department (regular management, training, hiring, firing);
develop, protect and execute tactics and strategy for the development of the department;
interact with related departments (neighboring departments of sales, marketing, finance);
prepare reports and report to management;
participate in client cases of employees;
describe the organizational policy of the department.

What do you need for this?

Proven success in managing a team and bringing it to cool results in the past, as well as:
excellent knowledge of the Dubai market;
experience in building a sales department in startups will be an advantage;
decent knowledge of English;
developed emotional intelligence;
