About house

The house is fully built, finished, furnished and equipped with all necessary household appliances — fully ready to move in.

The interior is finished on a turnkey basis using high-quality construction and finishing materials. The main house was built in 2010 using monolithic frame technology with walls filled with ceramic bricks.

In 2022, a large-scale major reconstruction was carried out, including the repair and painting of the facade, restoration and painting of windows, partial replacement of utilities, major repairs of interior decoration with updated ceilings, complete reconstruction of all bathrooms with replacement of tiles and plumbing, reconstruction of the terrace and finishing the porch with granite steps.

In 2023, a glazed vestibule with an automatic door opening system was installed above the entrance group, and in 2024 the soft tile roofing was completely replaced.

The interior of the house is equipped with furniture from leading Italian factories and custom-made solid wood items. Wooden windows with double-glazed windows are installed, the window sills are made of natural marble, and the window openings are decorated with expensive textiles made in France and Spain.

The walls are decorated with decorative Marcopolo Luxury plaster, the staircase is lined with natural marble and complemented with wrought-iron railings and balusters. The floors of the first floor are made of ceramic tiles, and the floors of the second floor are made of bamboo parquet.

The central space of the house is a bright living room with a 4.5 m high second light and a real fireplace with a marble portal. The ceiling height is 3.5 m on the ground floor and 2.73 m on the second floor.

The engineering equipment of the house is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a central air conditioning system (two split systems), gas heating with a Viessmann boiler in the main house and Buderus in the bath complex, dedicated electric power of 25 kW, transformer cabinet with surge protection, heat curtain in the bath and insulated veranda, two air conditioners on the veranda, dedicated Internet line, own well, an automatic irrigation system and a three-stage water treatment system, including village cleaning, an Ecodar fine cleaning system and an Aquafor drinking system with a mineralizer.

The site has been professionally landscaped. 148 trees were planted, including firs, thuja, linden trees and young oaks, flower beds with roses, rhododendrons, peonies and hydrangeas were laid out, and street lighting was installed. All paths and parking area are paved with paving stones.

In addition to the main house, there is a detached sauna and guest complex made of glued beams, an outbuilding for storing firewood and garden tools, as well as a year-round outdoor heated swimming pool.

For relaxation, there is a covered barbecue area with a real Russian oven, a barbecue and a brazier for a cauldron. There is also a children's playground with a slide and two swings.

Green Hill Cottage Village is a premium village located 28 km from the MKAD along Novorizhskoye highway.

The territory is fully landscaped and is under 24-hour security with patrolling. There is a checkpoint with a license plate recognition system at the entrance.
