This wood practically does not shrink because it has dried out in natural conditions and contains almost no moisture. The house consists of two buildings separated by a glass corridor, in one part of the house "small" there are all technical rooms including a kitchen, in the "big house" there are all living areas for maximum comfort of the inhabitants. Privacy is also a distinctive feature of the house, as the house is planted in such a way that the house is not visible from the road or any other viewpoints. The construction of the house was carried out based on their principles of fitting into the landscape of the site in order to preserve all large-sized trees on the site. French portal "floor-to-ceiling windows" create the impression of volume and complete unity with nature in any of the rooms of the house. The courtyard is not visible from any of the neighbors, the windows do not overlook the courtyard of the house. The absence of unwanted noise and visitors since the settlement is a dead end, all transport belongs to the neighbors of the two surrounding villages of Pershino and Afineevo. 2nd line from the Desna River.
