. This is one of nine Cube projects in a small size, two-level, with an area of 482.7 sq.m.

The Cube project is one of the most unusual projects of the Swiss architect Daniel Schindler. According to the architect himself, he was interested in creating a project of a completely different style, unlike anything that is currently presented in Russia: the house has peculiar wings that create a sense of shelter and the effect of maximum protection of residents from prying eyes not only in the house itself, but also on the site. By the way, privacy is the main and fundamental idea of the whole village.

A large-scale reconstruction was carried out in the house, as a result of which about 400 sq.m. were completed. The author of the project is the famous architect Alexander Zakharov.

On the ground floor, a buffer space was erected at the entrance to the house: an entrance hall, a dressing room and two storerooms on the sides (before the reconstruction, you entered the house immediately into a hall with huge panoramic windows directly from the street, there was no hallway and the design of the walls did not imply its arrangement by simple zoning).

The staircase, which according to the original design was located in the center of the hall and took a decent amount of space, is taken outside the living area and is an external extension.

The kitchen area is extended and smoothly turns into a patio area with a winter garden.

A children's room with a bathroom is equipped and a residential unit for a nanny (bedroom, bathroom) is attached to it.

A separate unit for servants has been completed, which includes a living unit (a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate entrance), a laundry room, a living room, a corridor, a kitchen and two 2 bathrooms.

On the second floor, an office, a massage room were completed and a huge terrace with two exits from the master bedroom and study was equipped.

The garage has been enlarged - another storage space has been equipped.

In total, the house has 6 bedrooms (rooms), of which 1 office and one massage room.

A colossal work was carried out to improve the territory: 2 meters of the top layer of construction debris was cut off and removed from the site, land was brought in, thuja was planted, drainage was made.

A large concrete platform has been organized to enter the territory of the household.

According to external works: the roof was rebuilt, all facades were insulated, waterproofing was done. In accordance with the project, the facades are finished with natural stone and wood (about two more months of work) and all the windows are completely changed. All materials have been purchased, work is underway, the house will be sold with fully finished facades, partitions (according to a new project), for interior decoration. The architectural project will be provided to the new owner.

There is also a design project, which, in case of interest, will also be transferred as a bonus.
