About house

A country cottage with an area of 840 m2 is located on a wooded plot of 80 acres. The project was developed by Alexey Rosenberg and combines large cubic volumes and massive cantilever cantilevers. The facades are lined with hand-molded "Terca" bricks, and the interlaced glazing emphasizes the austere architecture.

"Archskin" oak engineering board with sealed resin and porcelain stoneware were used in the interior decoration, "Astov" fireplaces were installed. The mansion is equipped with furniture from leading European manufacturers and built-in appliances from V-ZUG, Gaggenau and Liebherr. Toshiba's air conditioning and humidification system are responsible for a comfortable microclimate.

The multi-level layout is built around a high central living room on a wooden podium, connected to the rest of the rooms by passageways, stairs and open galleries. On the ground level there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, a billiard room, an office and a garage. The second level includes a master bedroom with a balcony, six bedrooms, a library, a game room and a sauna. Above there is a separate study and a bedroom in a cantilevered volume. There is also an eight-seat cinema room with "Dolby Atmos" system.

The landscape is formed by more than 500 trees, including fields and fruit plantations. The paths are paved with Karelian gabbro-diabase. The garden has a waterfall, a stream and a pond, a park area, a campfire, a volleyball court, trampolines and a maze of tui. Two treehouses are connected by a rope park. There is also a gazebo with a barbecue and a stove, a staff house and a 180 m2 sauna with a steam room, hammam, baptismal font and a barrel of Furako.

The steam room of 9 m2 is equipped with a "Technolith Thunder 40" furnace with steam cannons and jade stones. There is also a Yamaguchi X massage chair. The Turkov supply and exhaust system is responsible for the microclimate.

A Hygromatik steam generator is installed in the hammam. The walls, floor and ceiling are decorated with marble mosaics, the benches are made of jade slab.
