Original architecture and privacy

In collaboration with the architectural firm UNK Project Level Group, it was possible to give lightness and weightlessness, visually lightening the main volume of the building and providing better views for the residents of Level Akademicheskaya. Over 50% of the facade was glazed, and the building was designed so that most apartments have panoramic views of MSU, Moscow-City, and other city landmarks. The residential complex consists of a single building with only 295 apartments, ensuring the project's privacy.

Together with the UTRO bureau, an expert in shaping public spaces and revitalizing historical buildings, Level Group has developed a courtyard concept.
