Two-level courtyard and infrastructure

The "Architect" residential complex has a courtyard, which can be divided into three zones. The first zone is located at the entrance group and contains all the amenities for life in a modern metropolis, such as a supermarket, restaurant, fitness club, pharmacies, beauty salons, and a coffee shop.

The second zone is an inner yard without cars. It is organized on two levels. The lower level is dedicated to children's games. Here, there is a huge sandbox with natural play elements that will attract the attention of the smallest residents. Older children will appreciate the idea of a circular game scenario called play loop. The upper level is for the leisure of adults. Here, you can engage in sports, yoga, relax on sun loungers, and wooden terraces.

The third zone of the courtyard is particularly good at night thanks to the interesting lighting design. It invites you to take a night walk.

High ceilings (3.2 meters) in the apartments of the "Architect" residential complex, combined with panoramic windows, allow one to enjoy stunning views of the capital. On one side, there is a panorama of the center of Moscow, on the other - a peaceful landscape of parks located near the residential complex. Evening views are especially beautiful when the sunset light combined with the city's illumination creates a unique picture of dynamics and harmony.
