Underground parking
The underground parking complex of the Filicity complex is a two-level structure with 275 parking spaces, with the option of using dependent spaces and connected tunnels to the rest of the complex. A state license plate reader is provided for entry into the parking area. The parking garage has special zones for bike storage and storage units, as well as carts for convenient unloading. In addition, there is a system for electrical charging, tire inflation, and signal amplification in the elevators and parking area. The design of the parking area corresponds to the concept of interior finishing of lobby and elevator halls, developed by A++ Carlo and Paulo Colombo.
