Window views
For maximum effectiveness of the visual properties, the elements of the building's exterior were strategically placed to provide optimal views. Aluminum windows were installed in the clinker part of the building, while the upper portions were equipped with aluminum panoramic windows. Most of the apartments face the Moscow River and the skyscrapers of Moscow City, and from the higher floors, there are views of the city's landmarks, such as Moscow State University, the towers on Smolenskaya and Kudrinskaya Squares.
