What tasks are to be solved?
- Effectively close real estate transactions, namely:
- be in constant search and attract exclusive real estate properties (working with both incoming traffic and a cold base);
- process incoming traffic efficiently and quickly;
- conduct real estate showings;
- conduct negotiations with the parties to the transaction;
- conduct real estate transactions and support the client at all stages;
- punctually maintain a client database in the CRM system;
- fulfill the plan for key metrics: exclusives and deals;
What do you need for this?
- productivity on real estate transactions in the past;
- great knowledge of the Moscow real estate market in the business and premium segments (will be a plus);
- to be able to sell like the Wolves of Wall Street;
- have a high level of communication and emotional intelligence;
- be able to provide the customer with quality service;
- the desire to learn not just quickly, but with pleasure;
- have high internal quality standards.
