And now I am looking for a Secondary Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in our city office.

I am looking for a person who is not only able to form a great team, but who also demonstrates excellent sales skills, has a good understanding of the nature of deals and knows how to manage them. A person who knows how to make sure that the company is constantly seeing and selling cool properties in modern apartment complexes. And also someone who loves healthy competition and intends to perform at their best, competing with internal sales teams and the outside market.

We, in turn, will provide you with an established ecosystem, ongoing management development and training, thoughtful internships and adaptations for brokers, and a team of professionals to help you provide the best service to clients.

Most importantly, if you really enjoy collaborative accomplishments and know how to make the team's results depend not on a couple of people, but on the whole team being productive, then I'm waiting for you.

What tasks are to be solved?

  • first and foremost - to do results, to fulfill plans for the volume of the commission;
  • form and manage the sales department (regular management, training, hiring, firing);
  • develop, defend and execute the department's development tactics and strategy;
  • interact with related departments (neighboring sales, marketing, finance);
  • prepare reports and report to management;
  • participate in client cases of employees;
  • describe the department's organizational policies.

  • a proven track record of success in team management and personal sales in the past;
  • personal knowledge of the secondary real estate of Moscow;
