What tasks are to be solved?
first of all, to form a department that fulfills the commission volume plans;
form and manage the sales team (regular management, training, hiring, firing);
develop, defend and execute department development tactics and strategy;
interact with related departments (neighboring sales, marketing, finance);
prepare accounts and report to management;
participate in employee client cases;
to sell independently (if necessary);
to ensure KPI's on brokerage are met for commissions, deals, showings and calls;
interacting with real estate developers.
What do you need for this?
proven success in team management and personal sales in the past;
excellent knowledge of Dubai's prime real estate;
well-developed emotional intelligence;
