A person who doesn't just know how to sell a candidate on an idea, but who can make a new hire ready to recommend the company to other cool people.

What tasks are to be solved?
- Make sure the company is populated with cool productive guys who are moving with us towards a common goal, viz:
- building a candidate portrait with the customer;
- write our cool jobs in a youthful way;
- search for and post jobs on the ‘right’ job sites with the right target audience;
- handle the incoming flow, as well as active outgoing flow, so that the best professionals are with us;
- Conduct interviews according to our technology and guidelines; conduct recruitment analytics;
- come up with successful and interesting ways of networking; and, of course, grow with us)
What do you need for this?
- A desire to be part of our team and:
- An understanding of the end result of your activities;
- conversational English to be able to conduct interviews;
- it would be great if you have had a successful hiring experience in the past;
- A desire to be the best in your field;
