What tasks are to be solved?
to make sure that the company is replenished with "our" guys who reach productive capacity within the target timeframe;
lead the entire employee recruitment journey from the hiring request to their delivery of targeted results;
supervise internships and onboarding for newcomers;
maintain reporting and analytics on the results of their work;
