This position is for you if you can independently understand a new field in a position and a rapidly changing market, build a detailed candidate profile for any team and guide them through all stages of the hiring process.

What tasks are to be solved?
Make sure the company is populated with cool productive guys who are moving with us towards a common goal, viz:
building a candidate portrait with the customer;
write our cool jobs in a youthful way;
search for and post jobs on the ‘right’ job sites with the right target audience;
handle the incoming flow, as well as active outgoing flow, so that the best professionals are with us;
Conduct interviews according to our technology and guidelines; conduct recruitment analytics;
come up with successful and interesting ways of networking; and, of course, grow with us)
