I'm looking for someone who won't just follow instructions, but will take on the responsibility of managing an entire area, from finding partners to analyzing conversions. Someone who won't say "it won't work," but will ask "how can we test it?"

Most importantly, if you are not interested in the process but rather in a specific measurable result in the form of targeted leads, I am preparing access to all our data and tools for you and am looking forward to having you join our team.

What tasks are to be solved?

  • search and successful communication with marketing partners;
  • obtained increments for the customer database upload section in Prime CRM by collaborating with the IT department;
  • creating work regulations;
  • maintaining weekly and monthly statistics in tables;
  • creating a strategy for attracting databases;
  • other tasks of the manager

What do you need for this?

  • productivity and determination. No prior marketing experience is required;
  • absolute honesty in working with results and reporting;
  • internal charge on the result;
  • strong communication skills: the ability to speak, negotiate, and listen;
  • structural thinking and attention to details (working with tables and regulations);
  • the ability to work with large amounts of information and data;
  • Willingness to learn new things quickly;
