Between the Stories buildings, you can find a private landscaped courtyard/patio, where it is quiet and green. With such an intimate atmosphere, you can talk for a long time at a leisurely pace, and concentrate on what's important in privacy. The architects have created a mini-oasis here with pedestrian paths, neat lawns, and private zones. The landscape concept was based on the idea of mutual penetration, where nature and buildings merge into a unified whole. Geoplastic delicately complements the soft architectural style, and the artisanal relief forms smooth slopes and green hills that reveal secluded areas for socializing and relaxation.

Lobby

The architects of STORIES TOWER and TERRACE HOUSE have built spacious lobbies with fireplaces that impress with their size and high-quality designer finishes. Each lobby has cozy seating areas, libraries, and coffee points. A children's development center is also provided for future young residents.

Infrastructure

The creation of a space of great possibilities is achieved thanks to the developed internal infrastructure of the STORIES project. All necessary goods and services are available within a minute's reach by elevator. The project provides for the placement of commercial spaces on the ground floors, where pharmacies, flower shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets will be located.

In the public space of STORIES, a children's club combines educational classes and modern physical activity playgrounds, equipped with safe sports equipment. Children learn the basics of math and music, Chinese language, engage in drawing, sculpting, and choreography, learn foreign languages, and develop team competition skills in the sports hall. The classes are certified, and the lessons are conducted by professional teachers.

Offices

The project comprises an office and administrative complex on the first and second floors, with resident flows separated from office workers through a separate entrance group in the northern part of the project. Co-working spaces are provided in the lobby for office staff. The office units range from 30 sq.m. with the possibility of combining them into larger blocks.
