Landscaping
The territory of the residential complex was designed according to the concept of the British bureau Gillesies, which is already known for its projects of public spaces in elite residential complexes in London. We have three buildings forming the shape of a horseshoe with a large central area divided into areas for relaxation, communication, and children's games. The roofs of the buildings feature green oases that receive maximum sunlight from the morning and evening sun. The landscaping is done in the style of an urban park, and the details and small architectural forms are inspired by the theme of chess. Thanks to the point lighting, the space becomes more cozy and warm, and the "soft" transitions between different zones create a comfortable environment for people with limited mobility.
