Picturesque views

On the bank of the Moscow River stands the Rotterdam residential complex, which is the perfect place for those who value comfort and tranquility. The interior of the ROTTERDAM residential complex is imbued with movement – its lines are smooth, columns streamlined, and finishes premium, harmonizing with the façade of the complex. Noble metal is used in the cladding of columns, creating refined comfort, lightness, and airiness in the space. Skillfully placed navigation paths on the floor not only add artistic charm to the interior but also serve as necessary guidance to different zones. Special attention is paid to skillful lighting. The ceiling design will also please everyone – with different lighting scenarios, it will give you a feeling of comfort, just like at home. Planning decisions

The layouts were developed by the project authors taking into account all the requirements of the business class. The apartments are spacious, bright and have large kitchen-living rooms that can be used for hosting guests, family gatherings or parties. At the entrance to each apartment, there is a place for a wardrobe or a dressing room. One of the main distinguishing features of the layout solutions is windows that span the entire width of the room with increased height and lowered windowsills. Corner windows in apartments on two and three sides provide panoramic views of the city landscape and river, while enlarged windows create a feeling of additional space and let in more light.
