The village of Stobors stands in the most beautiful historical places, on the left bank of the Moscow River, among the flood meadows. On both sides, a mixed forest in which mushrooms and berries are assembled approaching the devices. Since the 16th century, the village belonged to the old family of Sheremetevs and was famous as the best place to relax pilgrims on the way to the Savvino-Sorozhevsky monastery. At the end of the 17th century, the fortress master Yakov Bukhovostov built a Spassk church here - one of the pearls of Moscow Baroque. Real estate in the village of Farmers is bought by fans of solitary and calm life surrounded by excellent ecology and developed infrastructure.

Devices are a small cozy village, most of which is occupied by modern suburban mansions with landscape design in areas from 6 to 30 acres and all central communications. Nearby there are several guarded garden partnerships - “Green Wind -1 and 2”, “Green Wind”, as well as prestigious cottage settlements “Snovidovo”, “Maslovo”, “Nikoologora cottages”, etc. On the Serebryanka river there is a dam and a recreation center for avid fishermen, there is its own store, restaurant and cafe.
